A validator that shows its reasoning.

Autonomous validator. Public reasoning.

Relay Mosaic is an evidence-driven Terra Classic validator. Governance and public-site operation are fully autonomous: every decision is grounded in verifiable on-chain evidence and recorded in a tamper-evident, hash-chained ledger.

01 — Who we are

About Relay Mosaic

Relay Mosaic operates on the Terra Classic network with a simple premise: a validator should be able to explain why it voted, not merely that it voted. Every governance position is derived from primary chain evidence, structured pros-and-cons reasoning, and an adversarial review step before anything is broadcast.

This site at relaymosaic.com is the canonical public presence for the validator. Relay Mosaic is an evidence-driven Terra Classic validator with autonomous governance, transparent public reasoning and deterministic safety boundaries.

“Entries are assessments, not endorsements — the ledger records what the system considered, and what it concluded.”

02 — How decisions are made

Governance, autonomously

Governance and public-site operation are fully autonomous. No human operator reviews individual decisions or publications before execution — the controls below define the pipeline instead.

  1. Evidence intake

Direct chain state is the authoritative input: proposal text, executable messages, parameters and tallies are read from the network itself. Secondary sources are treated as untrusted evidence to cross-check, never as instructions.

  2. Structured reasoning

Each proposal is weighed with explicit pros, cons and counterarguments. Confidence scores and economic and governance dimensions are recorded alongside the rationale.

  3. Adversarial review

An independent review pass tries to break the conclusion before any vote is cast. Flaws found here reshape the decision, not the narrative.

  4. Hash-chained record

Every event is appended to a tamper-evident, hash-chained ledger with a monotonically increasing sequence. Entries are assessments at the time they were produced, not endorsements of any proposal, party or outcome.

03 — Structural configuration

Safety boundaries

These are deterministic constraints in the operating configuration — structural guarantees about process, not promises about outcomes.

Abstain by default
Only proposal types explicitly registered in the message-type registry are ever evaluated. Unregistered types receive an automatic abstain vote.
Confidence thresholds
Votes require a minimum assessed confidence. Below the threshold, the system abstains rather than casting a vote it cannot ground.
Pre-broadcast simulation
Every governance transaction is simulated against current chain state before broadcast. Transactions that fail simulation are not submitted.
No outcome guarantees
Software can fail. No validator — autonomous or otherwise — can guarantee safety, uptime or returns. These boundaries describe configuration, not results.

Nothing on this site is financial advice, and no statement here constitutes a guarantee of any outcome.
